Winners! Mike McGee Scholarship 2019

We are pleased to announce our three annual Michael McGee Scholarship winners for 2019. Remember, this is all made possible by your purchase of raffle tickets and guest passes throughout football season, as well as the small percentage our club made from planning the Notre Dame bus excursion last November. $4,000 winner — Nicole Hansen from Oak Lawn, IL.
3.9 GPA in Communication Science and Disorders.

She is an orientation leader, an assistant with FSU New Student and Family Programs, on the executive board of the Filipino Student Association and is spending the summer teaching English to low-income students in Thailand. Her desire is to being a speech-language pathologist.

$1,000 winner — Kenneth Cagnolatti from Mokena, IL
3.2 GPA in Finance

Kenneth is the VP of the Student Alumni Association and a member of the FSU Student Senate, Black Student Union and creator of Invest-A-Nole, an investing organization that aims to teach college students about financial topics. His career goal is to work in asset management and help spread financial literacy to minority communities.

$1,000 winner — Thomas Biernat from Elk Grove Village, IL
3.75 GPA in Chemistry

Thomas, who has volunteered with a local nursing home, is following in the footsteps of family members in the healthcare field and a member of the Phi Delta Epsilon international medial fraternity. He is on the Pre-Med path with aspirations of becoming a pediatrician.
