IMPORTANT MESSAGE: Credential Pick Up & Venue Change

We are 10 days away from the Ultimate FSU Tailgating Extravaganza and Bus Trip, and we are simply astonished at the number of tickets purchased… 900 guests to be exact!!! The Seminole Nation brought it!

The response has been so impressive that we have far outgrown our original check-in location, and some changes needed to be made to our original plans. Our apologies in advance, but venues can only hold so many people, per fire code, so we have had to make other arrangements on larger spaces. We have moved to a new departure venue and will be providing early credential pick-up to more efficiently accommodate all of our Nole fans!

We ask that you read the information below CAREFULLY so you are completely up to date on the most current plans. This way everyone can assist in expediting the check-in process and we can depart for South Bend on time.

EACH INDIVIDUAL GUEST MUST BE PRESENT TO CHECK-IN!!

– Due to the sheer volume of guests, we have implemented an early check-in to help expedite entry
– Check-in begins at 6 pm and ends at 9 pm
– Groups of 4 people or morethat wish to be on the same bus together, MUST ATTEND THE FRIDAY-NIGHT EVENT TO BE GUARANTEEDthat you are!
– On Saturday morning, we will do our best to accommodate large groups, but it will be much more difficult to do so, and we cannot make any guarantees.
– Each individual guest MUST BE PRESENT to redeem their ticket for bus/tailgate credentials.
– Unfortunately, we cannot allow people to pick up credentials for others, so everyone must pick up their own.

Please understand, with the volume of guests attending this event, we must follow a strict policy.

– To check in/claim your credentials, all guests MUST sign an event wavier and provide emergency contact information. We like to be prepared in the event a guest may need special attention.
– Once the wavier is completed, we will release your credentials and provide you an assigned bus number. If you want your group to be on the same bus, then you should all check in together.

– Check in will start at 8 am and end at 9:45 am.
– Buses will begin loading at 10 am and depart at 10:30 with or without you.
– We will do our best to accommodate large groups Saturday morning, but just based on the sheer volume of guests, it will be difficult to do so, and we cannot make any guarantees. We suggest attending the Friday-night event to guarantee that your group is all on the same bus.
– Each individual guest MUST BE PRESENTto redeem their ticket for bus/tailgate credentials.
– Unfortunately, we cannot allow people to pick up credentials for others, so everyone must pick up their own.

ON THE WARPATH-LOADING TIMES

– We will begin loading buses at 10 am
– If you have not checked in prior to Saturday morning, please plan accordingly and allow extra time to do so!

Please understand, that we have many guests to accommodate and we all want to depart on time.

– The last bus will depart at 10:45 am
– PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE!

Chicago to South Bend:  Everyone will be assigned a bus number (and receive a corresponding wristband). Buses will load and depart according to your bus number; which will be numbers 1-17. Travel time to South Bend is approximately 2-2.5 hours (with traffic). Upon arrival, we ask that you take all personal belongings off the buses. Chances are, you will not be traveling home on the same bus that you arrived on, and we do not want you to lose any items. While in South Bend, buses will be locked throughout the day. Bash Events and Windy City Seminoles are NOT REPSONSIBLE for LOST or STOLEN ITEMS.

– Those checking in for the tailgate-only package will be able to pick up their wristbands onsite
– All guest must have their tickets available to be scanned
– Guest will not be allowed into the tailgating event without the proper credentials
– No tickets will be available for purchase on site and must be reserved prior
– Beverages will be available from 2 pm — 6pm
– Tailgate food will be available from 3 pm — 5pm

Exactly One Hour After The Scoreboard Clock Hits 0:00  

– Exactly 1 hour after the scoreboard clock hits 0:00, all buses will depart for Chicago!
– All departures will take place from the tailgate party location (address above)
– Bus seating back to Chicago will be filled first come, first serve.
– Once a bus is filled with the designated guest quantity, it will depart… and the next bus will be loaded
– If you wish to sit with your group, you must arrive together to be placed together
PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE!

South Bend to Chicago:  Buses will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis and depart as they reach capacity. The buses remaining at the end of the game will depart 1 hour after the scoreboard clock hits 0:00. Please be back within the hour, as buses will not wait beyond the 1-hour mark.
